Once an order has been submitted, you will be provided order status and shipping information regarding your order and receive the tracking number (via email) once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges – Shipping to mainland USA is free. For other states and countries, additional shipping charges are charged based on your location.
Shipment processing time - Every effort is made to dispatch your order as soon as possible. Processing time 1 - 2 working days, Transited time 4 - 6 working days. For expedited shipping, the total processing and transit time will be 2 – 4 Business Days. (Note: Due to Covid-19 regulatory measures all courier partners are facing delays in pickups and deliveries. So, please allow some extra time.)
Change of address - We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@tech4lifeenterprises.com or Call Us at +1 416-605-7510.
Cancellations - If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels Damaged in transit - If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12 pm Eastern Time on the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day.
(Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during and just after sale periods and during holiday periods.)
